NHSSC Bootcamp - Sunday Mornings

Come and Join the NHSSC for our first ever BOOTCAMP session!

The 8 week session will be held OUTSIDE at a Manchester park, exact location TBD. The class will start at 11am. 

Each class will be 60 minutes long. The class is open to people of all ability levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers for maxium comfort.
